I started in real estate with CENTURY 21 Scheetz in 2009 during one of the worst markets in history. My passion for real estate started when I watched my father build residential homes and open a real estate brokerage.

I am currently an active member of the National Association of Realtor (NAR), Indiana

 Association of Realtors (IAR), Metropolitan Indianapolis Board or Realtors (MIBOR) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource(SFR)

 Prior to my real estate career I sold for and managed two construction supply businesses (lumberyard, millwork, concrete, etc) both regionally (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and West Virginia) and locally serving both the residential and commercial markets.

My greatest passion in life is that for my lovely wife Kristin and children (Ayva, Baylen and Charlotte). I enjoy woodworking,golfing, travel and volunteering.

I joined CENTURY 21 Scheetz in 2009. I worked on my own for three years and then teamed with Fred Nelson and the Nelson Real Estate Group. The group gives my clients the personal service I bring and the strength that the team has in selling our listings and servicing our buyers promptly.

Prior to beginning my real estate career I spend 10 years in the construction industry managing branches in Indianapolis and Boston. My wife, Pam, and I have always loved finding that home with good bones and then fixing it up to our tastes and bettering our value. With my construction background I have been able to look at homes and distinguish between major problems and small problems that can bring good value back to the buyer.

I am an avid golfer and enjoy walking my dog Bailey. I have been blessed and it is really important to me that I continue to give back and work hard at doing so.

I realized I had the passion for real estate and wanted to be part real estate team that has knowledge of construction and always puts their clients first.

I started off in a family owned Construction business where I learned about the operations of a successful small business. A business solely built on word of mouth and superior craftsmanship with integrity and customer service predicating every decision. I first worked in the field then took on the responsibilities as estimator and project manager.
